Thursday, January 7, 2027 5:30-7:30pm (doors open at 5:30pm, program starts at 6pm) Conservatory of Flowers — West Gallery About the Program Step into the living world of the Conservatory and let it hold you for a while. Sound & Bloom is a sound healing journey nestled within one of San Francisco’s most beloved botanical spaces. In the West Gallery, participants are invited to lie back and be carried through 90 minutes of deep sonic immersion with crystal singing bowls, handcrafted gongs, and resonant instruments layered to guide the nervous system into rest, release, and restoration. No experience necessary. No agenda. Just sound, stillness, and the permission to fully arrive. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else you need to feel comfortable. About Sound Garden Sound Garden is a sanctuary for sound healing rooted in Mill Valley and growing into the heart of San Francisco. Founded by practitioners Blair Milam and Joey Arsenio, Sound Garden offers intimate and immersive sound bath experiences, private sessions, and somatic healing work using crystal singing bowls, Italian-handcrafted gongs, and other resonant instruments. Their practice blends ancestral wisdom with a modern understanding of the nervous system, creating space for both the skeptic and the seeker. — Gardens of Golden Gate Park Members may attend this event at a 20% discount.
