At Urban Adamah, 1151 Sixth Street, Berkeley, CA

Join Melita Silberstein for Tot Shabbat on the farm where little ones and their grown-ups come together to celebrate, sing, and make new friends! With joyful songs, playful movement, and interactive stories, this is a warm and welcoming way for our youngest community members to connect with the ritual of Shabbat. No prior knowledge or experience needed—just bring your smiles and dancing feet! This event is ideal for children up to 6 years, but older siblings are very much welcome too. We’ll provide light snacks and grape juice for our hamotzi and kiddush blessings. Melita Silberstein is a singer/songwriter, contemporary folk musician, childrens’ performer, and ceremonial song-leader based in Berkeley, CA. She is the founding member of Octopretzel, a popular Bay Area children’s band, as well as the Family & Nevatim Program Manager at Wilderness Torah. She uses the tools of energy and sound to create healing experiences for people of all ages. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and consented to Urban Adamah’s event policy.
