Wilma’s Birthday Party – a Native Wildlife Event
Join us for this native wildlife event and celebrate Wilma the Box Turtle’s 87th birthday. Learn cool facts about reptiles and how you can support them in the wild. Wilma’s friends from the library will distribute books. For more information on Wilma, go here. Inside the center, tables will have information about reptiles of Missouri. Arts and crafts will be available. Events 11:00 – Meet Wilma the box turtle and wish her happy birthday. 12:00 – Talk on reptiles of Missouri and reptile rescue and releases. 1:00 – Meet and learn about some of our snakes. 10 am – 2 pm Learn about native retiles of Missouri Arts and crafts will be available
