Magic Potions: Rainbows
to
At NoBo Library, 4500 13th Street, Boulder, CO 80304
Brew up some magic at the library in a series of fun science experiments! Using household materials, we will create a different magic potion and art in each session. In January, the apprentice magicians will learn that oil and water don’t mix, which we will use to craft a Layered Rainbow Potion. We will also create swirling galaxies of color, movement, and fairy dust (glitter!) to dip dye onto paper. Suitable for ages 3+. This class will be held in the STUDIO 24 Makerspace in the NoBo Library. All makerspace patrons are expected to adhere to makerspace and library rules and policies. Minors (under 18) must have a parent/adult guardian agree to and sign the Acknowledgement of Risk and Release Form before entering the space.?Patrons under the age of fourteen must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian.
