This immersive session promotes stress relief, emotional balance, and a calm mind through the healing power of sound. No prior experience is needed?just come, lie down, and let the soothing frequencies guide you inward. Led by Ashley Young of indigoashley. For ages 16+. No entry after 9:10 a.m. due to disruption of session. This even takes place prior to library opening.
