Location: Bryant Community Center Address: 3 W. Eden Court Link: https://cityofannarbor.volunteerhub.com/vv2/event/4b0ccb13-630d-4dff-ad2d-292c2db248ba Show some love to Bryant Community Center! Join the Ann Arbor Parks Volunteer Program for a gardening workday focused on caring for the planted areas around this important neighborhood space. Bryant Park and Community Center is located on the city’s south side and is home to the CAN Bryant Community Center. The park includes amenities such as a playground, walking trails, and a pavilion, making it a busy place for recreation, gathering, and community connection. During this event, volunteers will help weed garden beds, cut back shrubs, trim back grasses, and spread mulch. Weeds are taking over in some areas, and volunteers will help clear space so the beautiful plantings can continue to shine. This work helps keep the community center grounds cared for, welcoming, and easier to maintain throughout the summer season. No prior gardening experience is necessary — staff will provide tools, supplies, training, and guidance on site. Please note that the work areas may be hot and sunny. Volunteers should bring water and dress for the weather. Come lend a hand and help spruce up Bryant Community Center!
